Tristan was the absolute best! You're in great hands if he's your server and bartender. I was in town on vacation with my cousin for memorial weekend. We decided to eat dinner here on our last day. It was also our first time eating at a hard rock cafe (finally). The food and drinks were great. The food was cooked to perfection. Overall we had a great experience. Tristan was our server and bartender. He makes a great cocktail! He was friendly, informative, punctual, and attentive all while training a new employee. I loved that he asked how we wanted our meals cooked and if we had any food allergies. Small details like that really matter. The next time I come to Philly I will eat here again and I will be asking for him to be our server again.

Our server Tristan was amazing. Loved him. The memorabilia was very cool, nothing less than what you'd expect from a Hard Rock. The gift shop was well stocked. We purchased drumsticks(which we get from every hard rock we go to for my percussionist son), shot glass and magnet. $60+. Our food was great! Prompt, hot and delicious. We got the hot honey chicken sliders and nachos with grilled chicken added. I got the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with fries. It came with pickles and coleslaw on it. Very yummo! I also ordered the strawberry basil lemonade 🍋 very delish! Would definitely recommend going here and ask for Tristan!
This restaurant was amazing! staff, atmosphere, service, food, everything. We had a big party, and last minute asked to be all together, and the staff was so helpful and got us a room where we could sit altogether. shout out to thomas for helping us. The best part of our evening was our server, Tae. She was alert and quick, but also organized. She was so kind and helpful and took our orders efficiently with our huge party of 30 people! she separated checks, friendly with adults and the kids, brought us anything we need, and overall had a good energy and presence. Thank you so much Tae! And the food was top-tier. The smash burger and Nachos were amazing. Finally the atmosphere. This was my first time at a hard rock cafe and it will definitely not be my last! the only word i can use to describe it was cool. the art, the visuals, the layout of the seating, everything. Our visit to the Hard Rock Cafe was great from start to finish. We were seated immediately. We didn’t wait long at all for our food and it was very good. The thing that made this visit stand out though was the service. Our server Maria was lovely. She continuously checked on us to make sure we were enjoying our meal and that we had everything we needed. Our glasses were never empty! Thank you Maria for a wonderful lunch experience!
The food I had (BBQ Bacon Smash Burger and Onion Rings) were outstanding!! But way too much food for what we paid!! 😱🤣🤣 And Alisha, our server was so friendly, kind and made sure we were completely satisfied with what we got. It was so enjoyable to have her as our server.
I had a margarita and nachos and it was so delicious that I almost ate it all. Guys, I can make almost anything from any restaurant, but these nachos were out of this world! I usually don’t drink, but b a b y, top notch! Ask for my waiter Demitres. He did his thing and nice on the eyes too. !!!! I recommend this place with ten stars 😂😂. I need more stars google!!
My colleague and I headed here after our conference ended and Michelle was fabulous and super friendly! Totally took our tired mood back to excited and engaged! Everything came quick and was delicious. If I lived in Philly, I would definitely be back!
Berton was my server, he is phenomenal. Homeboy remembered the whole order to the Tea with no sugar! Its my first time here and he rocked it, I will be coming back. The atmosphere is great the staff is great. I had the ribeye steak and will be back for the dry rub wings. I ate the food before the picture lol.
I had an amazing experience at Hard Rock Philadelphia! What I loved the most was how they preserved the classic Hard Rock atmosphere. Having dinner surrounded by legendary guitars, iconic outfits, and music memorabilia made the experience feel truly special. Even though the restaurant was packed for the Fourth of July, everything was handled really well. The drinks were delicious, and my burger was absolutely fantastic—juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. As a bonus, we even received tickets for a raffle, which was the cherry on top of a great evening! From the food to the atmosphere, everything made for a memorable experience. I would definitely come back the next time I’m in Philadelphia!
